This intensive has many deep, powerful applications:
1. Unknots the tensions of the body
The demands of life create stress and tension in the body and an overactive mind. Through physical applications, we can learn to release this stored tension. The result is a self-guided unburdening of your body, mind, and soul.
2. Releases trauma patterns into flow
One of the results of traumatic experience is a state in which body, mind, and emotions are stuck in a past state. Often we overreact to present events in the same way we would react to the circumstances that caused the initial pain. This internal Freedom work facilitates a continued release of blockage, which gently opens the traumatic freeze patterns stored inside your body-mind and allows the underlying bodily and emotional patterns to replace the traumatic loops.
As a result of this, there is an increased ability to connect through your body, both with yourself and with others.
3. Unites mind and body in heart
Through continued engagement with the parts of ourselves that we’ve disowned, we release the contraction and facilitate the reunion between those parts and the rest of our body-mind. This process will bring greater clarity and love into your life. The body becomes highly attuned to all sensations and can note, react or release easily to the happenings of the present moment, without being stuck in the traumatic experiences of the past.
4. Tap into your bodily wisdom
By putting emphasis on moving the internal energy and circumventing the analytical mind the natural clarity of our heart is accessed. Through this movement of internal energy, our habits are being loosened and bodily wisdom surfaces.
